Following this concept we just installed a “learning center” in an orphanage in Peru and are in the process of establishing a similar center in schools in the Philippines. By the use of “wireless” we hope to expand these mini networks nationwide and in other countries as well. Older technologies which are surplus in the USA can be used in these developing countries to get it started.
