Arizona Public Service (APS) is continually looking for new technologies that can contribute to the bottom line and to energy sustainability. The company’s IT group is no exception and is working to reduce power use and costs both in the data center and at the desktop. To reduce power usage, the IT team decided to acquire new desktops and laptops with energy-saving Intel® processor technology as part of the company’s hardware refresh program.
