This was a article which can be starting point for all persons managing call centers........specially now as productivity is mesured on speed of service and the minimum time the agent remains on call will mean  time saving by the cust during working hours ...this will enhance customer satisfaction..From the agents side it means he can pick more calls.......This was a wondeful atricle.....Will like to have more of the same.I will cascade this article to some people.
