At Intel IT, the focus is shifting away from individual products and towards customer satisfaction. Underpining this new focus is an emphasis on cross-service IT operations standards. This report examines Intel IT’s adoption of Microsoft’s IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based Microsoft Operations Framework* (MOF) standards as a means toward that end.
