Utility District Achieves Positive ROI, Improves User Productivity
Monday, March 2nd, 2009Managing almost 2,500 PCs, including many notebooks used by mobile workers in utility trucks, was a challenge for one of the nation’s largest publicly-owned utilities. Software patches and other issues required lots of travel time for technicians.
