Keeping Notebooks Past Their Prime: A Study of Failures and Costs

J. Gold Associates, an independent analyst firm, has published this new hard hitting report providing more data on why businesses should maintain a three year refresh cycle. This report concludes that if a business keeps a notebook in service past the recommended three year lifecycle they may incur hardware related costs nearly equal to the cost of purchasing a new notebook.
